How it works

  • We count completed orders

Your tier depends on the total of your completed orders in your account: once an order is completed, it is added to your total.

Sale items — the ones already sold at a discount — don't count towards the total.

  • Discounts don't stack

A promo code and your loyalty discount don't add up: we apply whichever is better. If the loyalty discount wins, the promo code stays unused — for next time.

  • Your tier is forever

Once reached, your tier stays with you for good and never expires. From there, only up.

  • Nothing to activate

Just sign in before checking out: the discount and free delivery are applied automatically.
