Privacy policy

The management of the website https://stellasunstudio.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is carried out by private entrepreneur Marchuk Ivanna Vitaliivna, who is registered and operates according to the requirements of Ukrainian legislation (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administration"). The Privacy Policy and data protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the Site Administration receives about the User during the use of the Site and the implementation of Orders. Please note that this Privacy Policy has been prepared taking into account the latest changes in the legislation regulating personal data protection, namely – taking into account the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, or GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation).

Definitions

  • This section defines the interpretation of the following terms and definitions used in the Agreement:
  • «Confidentiality of personal data» – an obligation for the Site Administration or another person who has access to personal data not to disclose them without the consent of the data subject or the presence of another legitimate basis.
  • «User» – any individual who has access to the Site via the Internet.
  • «Processing of personal data» – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
  • «Personal data» – any information that directly or indirectly concerns a specific individual (the data subject).
  • «Site» – a web page located at the domain: https://stellasunstudio.com and managed by the Seller, including the totality of all the information, texts, graphic elements, design elements, images, photos, videos, and other results of intellectual activity on the Site, as well as the information and technical tools of the Site.
  • «Cookies» – a small data fragment sent by the web server and stored on the User's computer and sent back to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open a specific site's page.
  • «IP address» – a unique network address of a node in an IP-based computer network that allows identification of the location and other information about the User.
  • Terms and definitions not defined in p. 1.1 of the Privacy Policy are interpreted in the meaning established by current Ukrainian legislation, and in the absence of such, in their ordinary meaning.

General Terms and Conditions

  • The use of the Site by the User means automatic and full consent of the User to the Privacy Policy and the conditions outlined in it for processing the User's personal data.
  • If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the latter is obliged to stop using the Site and immediately leave it.
  • This Privacy Policy applies to the Site or any other website, systems, and/or software used to fulfill Orders and controlled by the Site Administration.
  • The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access through links available on the Site.
  • The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.
  • The Site Administration is the data controller of Buyers who have made Orders in accordance with the conditions of the public offer Agreement posted on the Site. The data controller is the person who determines the purpose (why) and manner (how) of collecting personal data.
