User agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relations between the online store Stella Sun Studio, located at https://stellasunstudio.com (hereinafter - the "Store"), and any individual or legal entity using the site to place orders or view information (hereinafter - the "User"). Please carefully read the terms of this Agreement before using the site. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

General Terms

  • 1.1. The Store is an online platform for remote sales of goods via the Internet.
  • 1.2. This Agreement is a public contract according to Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
  • 1.3. By using this site, the User confirms their legal capacity and agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

User Registration

  • 2.1. To place an order, the User may (but is not obliged to) complete the registration procedure.
  • 2.2. The User must provide accurate data during registration or order placement.
  • 2.3. The Store is not responsible for consequences arising from providing inaccurate information.

Order Placement Procedure

  • 3.1. The User has the right to place an order on the site at any convenient time.
  • 3.2. After placing an order, a Store representative contacts the User (if necessary) to confirm details.
  • 3.3. Prices for goods are indicated on the site including all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Payment and Delivery

  • 4.1. The User is obliged to pay for the goods according to the chosen payment method.
  • 4.2. Delivery conditions and terms depend on the User’s chosen delivery method.
  • 4.3. The Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery service.

Product Returns

  • 5.1. The User has the right to return goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection").
  • 5.2. Returns are possible provided the product’s appearance, packaging, and purchase documents are preserved.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • 6.1. The User has the right to:
  • — receive reliable information about goods;
  • — place orders;
  • — contact customer support.
  • 6.2. The User undertakes:
  • — not to violate current legislation and moral norms;
  • — not to perform actions that may harm the site operation.
  • 6.3. The Store has the right to:
  • — change the terms of this Agreement at any time;
  • — refuse to fulfill the order in case of violation of the Agreement.

Personal Data

  • 7.1. The User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
  • 7.2. The Store guarantees the confidentiality of the User’s personal information.

Liability of the Parties

  • 8.1. The Store is not responsible for actions of third parties, including delivery services.
  • 8.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.

Privacy Policy

  • 9.1. Collection of Personal Data
  • The Store collects only those personal data of the User necessary to provide services: order processing and delivery, communication with the User, provision of information about goods and promotions.
  • 9.2. Purpose of Personal Data Collection
  • Collection and processing of personal data is carried out to fulfill orders, feedback, sending informational messages, and improving the service.
  • 9.3. Protection of Personal Data
  • The Store takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
  • 9.4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
  • Data may be transferred to third parties only to fulfill the order, by law, or with the User’s consent.
  • 9.5. Storage of Personal Data
  • Data is stored for the necessary period or according to applicable law.
  • 9.6. User Rights
  • The User has the right to receive, modify, or delete their data and withdraw consent for processing.

Final Provisions

  • 10.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User starts using the site.
  • 10.2. All disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached – according to Ukrainian legislation.
